Race condition in Mist when updating continuation timeout
Since the timeout method causes the continuation to be suspend and resumed, it's possible to have an attempt to complete the request occur while the continuation is in a transient state. Akka will log a warning
Mist.scala a.h.JettyContinuationMethodFactory$$anon$2 - Attempt to complete an expired connection.
and Jetty will return a useless 404 saying the endpoint was not found.
