Desired LifeCycle should be supplied to supervisor at construction
Instead of the ActorRef having a lifeCycle method/field, it should be provided to the Supervisor on creation, so that the Supervisor can store LifeCycle + Child and make decisions based on that.
This means that we can remove the "def lifecycle:LifeCycle" from ActorRef and just pass the Props.lifeCycle to the Supervisor on creation.
