Remove the guard from LocalActorRef
stop should not be blocking, it should signal the dispatcher to shut the actor down after it's done with it's current message (if any, or else immediately)
adding/removing linked actors should be an atomic operation on the CCHM so that shouldn't need the guard either
With the immutable actor configuration this is even easier since the actor will be started prior to being returned from actorOf, which means that the guard can be removed from all setters since they will be removed.
