Update documentation: "Handling too many actor restarts"
Due to the removal of 'ActorRef.isDefinedAt', the supervisor is no longer checked if it handles the 'MaximumNumberOfRestartsWithinTimeRangeReached' message. Failure to handle this message will cause an 'UnhandledMessageException' to be thrown within the supervisor. For proper supervising of actors this message should almost always be handled, so probably best to keep the current behavior. Documentation must be updated to reflect this.
