How to set the SVN client working:

  1. Backup important scripts.
  2. Delete your unity proyect/svn folder on your computer. Start with an absolute clean computer.
  3. Create an Unity project.
  4. Go to that folder->Assets. Inside the Assets folder right click SVN Checkout.
  5. Enter the following URL:  http://svn.okengame.com//trunk/Assets/
  6. You will be warned that the folder is not empty. Click ok. Wait for the update.
  7. Now, you should have  you Assets folder filled and up to date.
  8. Open Unity and open your project. Don't close it.
  9. Do the normal SVN Checkout for the Docs and Source folders. They are located in:
    • http://svn.okengame.com//trunk/Source/
    • You can place those folders wherever you like (Outside the Unity project of course!!!!)

Important:

To avoid *.unity file problems (Unity scenes) please add them to the global ignore pattern. To do that right click on any SVN folder, then select TortoiseSVN->Settings. Inside the setting dialog, go to General, inside there is box with the label "Global ignore pattern". please add *.unity to that box so your SVN client will ignore al .unity files.
