Update the simese scheduler from the Swisscenter config pages

Add a page to allow the user to configure the Simese media scheduler from within the SwissCenter configuration pages. This is especially useful for users running Simese as a service on Vista as there is no way to interact with the service.

The schedule information is contained within the /config/simese/siemseschedule.ini file and look like this:


MediaRefresh=M,T,W 01:00
MediaRefresh=M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su 02:00


The page should allow multiple schedules.
