Fanart on Now Playing screen

The Now Playing screen whilst playing music could be enhanced to show fanart for the current artist being played.

Fanart could be downloaded from Google images and/or Last.FM.

A progress bar indicating time elapsed could also be added which would refresh every x seconds.

(In revision:1252) Added an optional enhanced 'Now Playing' screen which can automatically download artist fanart images from Google.
The enhanced screen also shows a continually updated progress bar based upon time elapsed since the current track started.

- creates 'fanart/artists' folder.
- added missing language strings.
- if system setting NOW_PLAYING_FANART is not defined then default to GOOGLE.

(In revision:1295) The downloading of a random artist image from Last.fm for the Now Playing screen was limited to the first 50 images available. It will now select a random image from all available.
