State transition diagram not rendering in circuit breaker docs
I checked the 2.1 M2 docs and for some reason the state transition diagram is not rendered. Is it possible that the graphviz "dot" utility is not installed on the machine used to build the docs? The PDF doc looks like it has the diagram omitted entirely, rather than the graphviz commands, so that's not working exactly right either.
You can see the graphviz commands rendered as text just below the "What Do They Do" section.

Thanks for reporting. The problem is that the milestone release was built on a machine that didn't have graphviz installed.
It's fine in nightly snapshots, built by our jenkins box.
It's super cool with graphviz, but to reduce the complexity of the build environment we have decided to include it as a plain image instead.
