CAMEL: allow the registry to be set on the camel context
The DefaultCamelContext has a constructor which takes a registry, which can be used to lookup components.
Right now the CamelExtension has no way to set this registry, it always creates a DefaultCamelContext using the default constructor.

The DefaultCamelContext also has a setter for the registry so if we expose the DefaultCamelContext instead of the CamelContext the user can set the Registry.
