CAMEL: bug in restart of producer
When the endpoint the producer is talking to causes the producer to restart (because of an exception), the producer is restarted but loses its producerChild.
This causes subsequent messages to fail to send.
Both the consumer and the producer should de-register their endpoints on preRestart, so at restart they always get fresh endpoints.
