Source Database or Source Vendor Elements Report
The elements log file presents three types of metrics for each of the elements presented on the report. The report presents the most frequently occuring elements, based on an analysis of all of the log files within the IOTA system. Please see here for a list of the elements.
Percentage of link-to's that reccomend or require the element - How has this been derived?
Percentage of OpenURL strings for the selected source vendor or source database
Percentage of other OpenURL strings that contain the element - Is this inclusive of venor and database?
The elements report also provides some summary metrics including the number of OpenURL strings analyzed for the selected source vendor or source database, the origin (should this term be changed to source vendor or source database value?), log source, and the total number of OpenURLs within the logfile.
