Change timestamp stored when a media file is found

Change the time recorded when a file is detected to the timestamp of the file, rather than the current system time. Sometimes it is nessecary to reinstall the software, or completely rescan the music collection, with the result that the complete collection is marked as new. This could be avoided by using time stamp instead import date.
