Now Playing image size

The Now Playing screens are currently being sized to the screen size specified by the player for video playback, ie. 1080p = 1920x1080. We now know that image playback does not use this resolution, it is the browser screen size, ie. 1280x720 on all HD screens.

The Now Playing screens should be fixed to use the browser screen size. This should also improve performance on slower servers.
