"Recently Added" config parameter needed

When the 'Recently Added' feature was implemented, the intention was to have an option on the config pages to allow the user to define the period that is considered 'recent' (currently set to 14 days).

This still needs to be done.

In addition, the database now stores both the time that the file was created as well as the time that the file was added to the database. The choice of which of these fields to use should also be configurable:

Consider a file recently added if...
  • The file was **created** within the last days
  • The file was **added to SwissCenter** within the last days
  • The file was **created** or **added to SwissCenter** within the last days.

(In revision:1277) Added a system setting to define how browsing 'Recently added' filters media.
The system setting RECENT_DATE_TYPE can be set to ADDED, CREATED, or ADDED_OR_CREATED. This will cause 'Recently added' to filter by date added to database (default), timestamp of media, or both.
