On the main tab in the Scala Interpreter Run Configuration you can supply some text to be run as a script when your interpreter starts.
When you edit this script, and you click "Run" your changes are lost. Also, one would expect the "Apply" button to become active afer the edit.
The workaround is to make a change to the runconfigration name. Then both name and the new script is saved when you click "Run".
