Creating a file with the name of a previously deleted file populates the new file with the contents of the deleted file

In a Scala project, if we delete an existing file and then create a file with the same name and in the same directory the newly created file contain the contents of the previously deleted file.
Steps to reproduce # Create a Scala project
Tested with r20608.

Steps to reproduce # Create a Scala project
- Create a class A in a new file (A.scala)
- Change the contents of A.scala and save it
- Delete A.scala
- Recreate class A
Tested with r20608.
