A method is needed to allow the properties dialog to handle multi-string properties

Settings visible in the eclipse properties dialog are chosen via IDESettings.scala (in scala-plugin), this in turn selects from those available in Settings.scala (from scala-compiler)
At present, this mechanism can only handle settings that are simple strings or booleans
(see ProjectSettings.userSetting in CompilerSettings.xml from scala-plugin)
Some settings are lists (those of type MultiStringSetting and PhasesSettings) and currently can't be handled. A means is needed to support this type of setting

One quick-fix approach would be an adapter class that make them appear as simple StringSettings, with the values being comma-separated
