Launching doesn't start start function if not debugging
Running an LC with a start function doesn't call the specified start function. Only debugging will call it.

Ah, I see... This is a problem that is supposed to be solved when the new console code is in place, but that will take a while.
It should be possible to print with io:format(user, Fmt, Args) or with erlang:display, but a quick check shows it isn't so. This used to work, I'll check it out. I will reopen #221 to not forget it.
