console: should capture stdout from erl process
so that even erlang:display() and io:format(user,...) [used from several places, like common test] can be shown
- use a different color for the background!

This seems to not work anymore! Is needed to be able to display text from startup function when running eunit tests.

Ok, this is tricky... We use
launch.setAttribute(DebugPlugin.ATTR_CAPTURE_OUTPUT, "false");
that disables capturing the console output because the default console implementation in Eclipse will also capture the input and then we can't use the input editor or the history.
Also, this is a problem if there are several shells open towards a single backend: which one should display the console output? the first? all? Is this a real use case?
Maybe we should have a separate console for this output? How do we synchronize it with the other consoles?
The best solution would be to be able to use run_erl and to_erl, but that is Linux only...

fixed temporarily by adding a system property to enable this -Derlide.console.stdout=true
is only useful for "read-only2 scenarios, like running eunit tests.
will fix properly with new console (new ticket for that)
