add "system info" functionality

We should be able to get some kind of dump of system info data, so that we can see what's going on when for example Eclipse is slower and slower.
Maybe this could be dumped in the log every 5-10 minutes and also when creating a problem report.

Things to check (add here)
Erlang:
- number and size of ets tables
- number and size of processes

Java:
- number and names of threads
- GC statistics
