Since the page parameter is used for both, the content_id and the seo title for this page, the comment_view code doesn't know what's going on here.

In case we want comment working we need to make sure that content_id is ALWAYS provided in the url for a content item.

In revision:20057: comments can be created again. it wasn't working because of the seo feature that forces the module to format all links with page=seo, ommiting the content_id. this breaks comments. all links corrected to also include the content_id.
