ctrl-o does not work for opened file
When you open a file you must do a "reset outline and cache" in order for ctrl-o to start working

I forgot to check the Redmine ticket: I couldn't reproduce this either; I asked the user for more details, but didn't get any answer. Given that the ticket is 5 months old, I'd say that it was a one-time glitch, possibly related to the backend being unstable.
I think we can set it as fixed.
