navigator should show working sets
actually, why do we need a special navigator? I think we can hook on the "regular" project explorer.

The support for working sets is there.
What happens is that the project explorer shows empty when choosing working sets as roots. I think we need to implement "Erlang working sets" for that [check JDT for details]
Also, we need to check which functionality needs to be aware of working sets -- the problems view seems not to filter according to that - should it?
