Support Ticket?

Before I get crammed with a lot of people thinking that this is a support method that leads up to failure I want to explain that I did not want create the type of support system I dread. This is not a support system for the stability of the software. This is not a support system that allows me to create a bug, you to complain and pay me money, and then I fix the bug and you are happier.

This is how the Support System works: You come up with an idea, pay me some moola, and then I work with you until you get what you want.

Tier Support (Optional)

I am now offering a Tier Support System that will allow you to request of me your coding wishes and I will bring them to life.  There are currently three Tiers of support that I will provide service too, but this may advance. Each Tier of support is based on the level difficulty and amount of time the work would require.

Optional

I say this is optional because this is not required to get new advancements or for me to make your advancements come to life, you can simply ask. If you do buy a support ticket I will put the Support Ticket in a higher priority. I don't want to make this mandatory because I am an uber-geek and I love bashing out codes and ideas with others. Love doesn't feed me though, so I gotta leave the option open.

Consideration

Before you buy a support ticket consider how much time and effort you want put into the request.

 

Tier 1 ($5.00 USD)

A Tier 1 Support Ticket is a minor task that would not require a lot of time. Some Support tasks that would fall into Tier 1 include:

  • A plugin that you coded and it is not working like you want.
  • Questions about the how the source code works or how Python works
  • The creation of a PC Sheet or other common node

A Tier 1 Support ticket is for a very simple task that you want need help with because you don't know how to fix the problem.

Tier 2 ($10.00 USD)

A Tier 2 Support Ticket is a more moderate task that will require a longer amount of time than a Tier 1 Support Ticket. Tier 2 covers more than just help with an small issue.

  • A low level advancement to the core software
  • A small custom Chat based plugin from scratch
  • A custom die roller from scratch

    A Tier 2 Support Ticket is a task of moderate difficulty. Usually it requries specific details that you set.

    Tier 3 ($15.00 USD)

    A Tier 3 Support Ticket is a task that will require a lot of work and time. Some tasks that would fall into a Tier 3 Suport Ticket include:

    • A large custom Chat based plugin or a smaller GUI based plugin from scratch
    • An advanced special feature addition to the core of the software
    • Tech Support for non-Traipse versions
