If a 4XX response code is given, check the response body as it should contain a helpful message.

  • 200  - OK
  • 201  - Created (e.g., a new word was created successfully)
  • 400  - Bad Request
    • The request has no body text
    • The word contains invalid GSM Characters
    • The message contains invalid GSM Characters.
  • 401  - Unauthorized
    • Attempting to use incorrect email and / or password
  • 403  - Forbidden
    • Attempting to access a word that doesn't belong to you
    • Attempting to perform any operation when deleted - should really be impossible
    • Attempting to all but read a word with a suspended account.
    • This account has reached the limited of allocation of words. Contact us and we can raise it for you.
  • 404  - Not Found
    • either the account or the word you were looking for can not be found. If it is a word you can register it.
  • 409  - Conflict
    • The keyword is not available at this time
  • 500  - Internal Server Error
    • our fault, sorry.
  • 501  - Not implemented
    • also our fault, sorry.
  • 503  - Service Unavailable
    • We're not ready to handle requests. Please retry your call.
