How to quit external apps

Need ability for switch user to quit 3rd party applications

A choice of simple ways in which this can be achieved need to be available. An example is to hold the switch closed for a ‘prolonged’ period, e.g. 3-6 seconds. Or perhaps a regularly repeated and timed switching of switch input ‘moved’ to the Maavis ‘quit’ item and then back to the 3rd party application.
