Switcher race conditions

In the Mobile Switcher page it is possible to mess the configuration and lock everyone out of the full admin page by misconfiguring the detection method and domains. The user should be stopped from doing that and possibly the mobile admin should allow at least a "reset config" rescue option

Status changed from New to Fixed
Firstly, it's now not possible to be locked out of the admin pages, since there's a switcher link regardless of switching mode used (and it also appears in the admin pages)

Secondly, there is now a switcher page in the mobile admin UI that gets you out of trouble.

Thirdly, this was caused by the domain detection algorithm when the two domains were set the same... this is also not possible any more.
