I'll try to respond to these individually as I read through the text file.
Bandit heroes spawned by bandit lairs left untouched is a great idea and syncs closely with Ticket #1487 so I've copied your suggestion into its thread.
Bandits can be grouped into smaller factions for each type and have their relation tracked. Ticket #1516.

Player owned bandit lairs are covered under ticket #1351.

- The faction loss should occur. You're a bandit group hitting their villages and that should develop a reputation. I will have that reputation slowly repair itself over time as you do not attack them.
- Raiding a castle is something I'll have to think about. There would be a fair amount of investment into building that properly.
