view for projects with no active next actions.
so as i do stuff, i need to go through the list of projects where there are no actions and assign new actions.
this is problematic when there are 80 projects, a lot of time is spent hunting for projects with 0 next actions.
so a view with projects with no assigned actions with an interface that allows easy adding of next actions would make easier ensuring all projects have some next action assigned.

Perhaps you can add a submenu, like in Wordpress. See for example the partial screenshot on their homepage: http://www.wordpress.org.
You can consider to make a submenu under projects with different views, like show all hidden projects, show all active projects, show all project?
Or a nice AJAX menu?

I like the feeds, and I think that's an appropriate place to see this view. But the feeds don't include deferred items, which affects this item.
On my projects, I particularly care about projects that are "active" but I haven't done any work to add new items for. But I have to mentally discount the items from the list that have deferred items.
One interface-simple item would be a link from feeds-without-deferred to feeds-with-deferred. It would be a duplicate page, but would include the broader range of items.
