Do not use function trim_article at runtime
The database function trim_article can seriously impede performance when browsing movies, artists, etc. as articles are removed upon each page refresh.
Movie names, artists, etc. should have appropriate sort_name columns in the database which are populated using trim_article during a media search, then when browsing movies, artists, etc. the sort_name column is used rather than trim_article(sort_name).

(In swiss:1843) Added option to specify 'Ignored articles' on Miscellaneous Configuration page.
Updated the trim_article function to move the article to the end of title, but before a year in brackets. ie. 'The River (2012)' becomes 'River, The (2012)'.
Trimmed titles are now stored in the database in columns sort_title, sort_album, sort_artist, etc. during a media search. The trim_article function is no longer used at runtime whilst searching media.
