Video hash in database
The hash code that is used by OpenSubtitles.org to uniquely identify videos should be calculated and stored in the database during a media search.
Other sites such as themoviedb.org can now use these hash codes to match movie details with actual video files.

- Column imdb_id is parsed from filename during media search. This id is not yet used by the parsers.

(In revision:1599) Updated the Subtitles download feature to use the os_hash from the database, if it exists. If it doesn't exist then it will be calculated and stored in the database for future reference.
