I've attached a patch that provides this minor enchancement.
The patch adds stuff to relevant extension points so that
the keybindings are registered correctly.
The actual work is done by existing ScalaLaunchShortcut functionality.
I did a quick test and both Run/Debug shortcuts worked fine and the
bindings showed up at General->Keys in Eclipse Preferences.
