I cannot choose "Run as Scala application" from the context menu of my main class. I could with the old plugin. Also, the class is not shown when I select the "browse for main class" button in the run dialog.

I had problems with the contributed code to do this. Basically, it was unmanageable under Eclipse 3.3. The code also hasn't been ported to Scala yet and the new plugin is 100% Scala.

Don’t check index so often, it’s an expensive operation
Move index checking on project open. If an index becomes corrupt, it needs a project re-open to clean and restart.
Modified tests accordingly.
Fix #112.
