Switching to default Scala installation disables project specific settings when additional parameters are configured
If compatibility mode is enabled and one disables it by switching to the the default Scala installation (which is for the 4.1 release the 2.11 installation), the project specific settings are disabled in addition to the removal of the source level switch. This is a problem when there were other project specific additional command line parameters set. The project specific settings should only be disabled when no further command line parameters exist.
