Builder does not remove obsolete classfiles
When building some files, the builder should remove existing classfiles corresponding to the source files being recompiled. If there are compilation errors, there should not be old classfiles lying around.

I don't think this is critical, since most of the problems related to it were resolved.
Besides I am not sure it would work with sbt's philosophy/internal implementation. rather not.

I checked using SBT 0.10 and two sub projects that obsolete files are indeed removed by SBT. There is something in the IDE that breaks this behavior.
Fixed in our SBT 0.11.1, a recent nightly should have it.
