Scala IDE clears Task (TODO/...) markers after successful re-build
Scala IDE deletes Tasks markers upon success re-build.
It however preserves markers if rebuild fixes compile errors.
I can't grasp exact event when markers are deleted, but it looks like complete rebuild triggers this.
Scala IDE versions:
1. Version details : (HEAD, origin/wip_exp_backport, wip_exp_backport)

I also stumbled over this while investigating #1000408, but I wasn't able to find out why it happens. The markers are removed even when I remove the call to deleteMarkers in FileUtils. Could it be that the JDT removes the markers? After all, we re-use their marker ID.
