Cannot find the Main class if JRE library precedes Scala library
The plugin should ensure that the Scala library is before the JRE in the build path. If this is not done, attempts to run as an application will fail with "Cannot find the Main class".
Maybe the new-project wizard does the right thing, but there are many other ways of creating a scala project (importing existing SBT or maven project; adding Scala nature to an existing Java project, etc.)

I cannot reproduce the problem on both 2.0.0-2.8 and master-2.10. I reordered the libraries, and was able to run a HelloWorld application.
This has likely been fixed during 2.0 development.
Please reopen with additional information if you still see the problem.
