On simple abstract class, a protected val declaration such as `protected val y: Int` doesn't always show up in the outline view. Moving the cursor to the line doesn't highlight the linked item in the outline view.
Adding a `def z: String` after the protected val will make the val disappear.
I noticed it on io.Source.iter, but I upgraded to latest before reporting the bug, and now it at least shows up in the outline; it isn't highlighted when I move the cursor to the member.

Did you do a build after the changes?

Do you get the event if you do a build?

I just reproduced it and the problem is not due to a missing build. I don't know why it is not updated.
The reason is -
class ScalaReconcilingStrategy {
...
override def reconcile(dirtyRegion: DirtyRegion, subRegion: IRegion): Unit = {
logger.debug("Incremental reconciliation not implemented.")
}
}
so it is not supposed to be updated. Is there any particular reason why ScalaReconcilingStrategy doesn't support incremental reconcile? Does anybody work on it? I would implement it.

I think there was just never the interest to implement this method. Please go ahead if you are interested in implementing it.
