Header comments are apparently always folded, but this doesn't appear to be configurable because it doesn't turn off if I for example uncheck "Header Comments" in Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Folding.
I would like to also be able to turn on "Comments" folding, but for example it doesn't turn on if I checkmark "Comments" in Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Editor -> Content Assist -> Folding.
The significance is that not only "Header Comments" can be lengthy. For example, I am currently developing for Android and I have a lengthy comment at the top of a set of methods for the implementation of the Action Bar as follows:
