Add new subtask or bug

With Keyboard Input, need to press a key before input is recognised

This means if I want to cast anything, I have to press a key first, then start the actual sequence.\

e.g. If I want to cast a shield, I have to press UP twice before it registers.

Not sure if this applies to Wiimote Controls or what. Should look into this just in case.

Oh. This isn't a bug, I added it in to deal with the wiimote immediately registering a down stroke because of gravity.

I'll move it to the Quantizer if I can.
