Add Sybase SQL Anywhere DriverType
I tried connecting to an existing Sybase SQL Anywhere and got the exception below. I had a look at the DriverType source, and it should be easy to add SQL Anywhere support. I've looked at the SQL Anywhere docs, and a SQL Anywhere driver type can be implemented exactly the same as SqlServerPre2005Driver. If you can add this, I can test it out.
Thanks, Brett

Please open a ticket and I'll get it in this week. I'm already adding Sybase
ASe support today and this should be pretty easy to add.

I'll get working on this
Brett will test against his install of SQL Anywhere to make sure this gets it working
Need to track down a rogue exception in Schemifier (I suspect bad metadata from Sybase)
(In revision:35651ff4a43148bd9ced2947f6f2bbaee57d7919) Added Sybase SQL Anywhere Driver support in Mapper
Closes #688
This required some modification to how MetaMapper sets
Boolean values, since SQL Anywhere wouldn't work with
the default "setObject" call.
Branch: master
