Add Tapatalk client module

Tapatalk is a very popular app on iOS, android, WP7 and WebOS to make the use of forums much easier on mobile devices. They have a free API that would allow us to write a Tapatalk client that works together with an existing iForum installation on the same site.

Creating such a client would be very beneficial for forum installations
