Chrome : reload page loop on 'manage files' tab without categories

A new module installation, go to the module admin page. When I click on the 'Manage Files' tab in Chrome, I get the error message telling me there are no categories defined. The page reloads to the same error message, and again, and again,...

This is not a problem in FireFox.

Status changed from New to Test
I changed the redirect directly to /admin/category.php. Maybe this solves the problem? Can not reproduce this in Chrome..
