elide Supervise message when possible
normally, an actor is created from within its parent, which means that the childrenRefs are already correctly set-up and the Supervise() message serves no purpose. I didn’t remove it just yet in case there is a legitimate case (e.g. in clustering) for creating an actor “from the outside” by the provider, in which case Supervise() would really be needed.
