Revise locations of default configuration

When the discussion about default config lib usage has settled we should revise the default locations of config files.
Now DefaultConfigurationLoader uses same locations as v1.2/v1.3.
Since we now support multiple actor systems akka.conf is not a good default.
Suggestion: <system name>-akka.conf

Also consider how System properties overrides are used, since they are global.
Maybe require prefixing with <system name>, i.e. extract all properties that start with <system name> and only use that Map as first config.

I don't think we should do anything here. Various types of custom config load is possible for those that need something more than the default ConfigFactory.load. Keep the defaults simple. If we agree, we can close this ticket.
