In addition when using the DHTML editor and using the code button to enter programming code, much of the bb code tags don't work including:
[codecss].info { background-color:* cccccc }[/codecss]
[codephp][/codephp]
Why we have two PHP code tags I don't know!
[codehtml] <meta namh1. 'copyright' content'' />
<link reh1. 'shortcut icon' type'image/ico' href='' />[/codehtml]
[codejs]document.write('This is a heading');
document.write('This is a paragraph.');
document.write('This is another paragraph.');[/codejs]

There are two things here:
1. [codephp] does not work because the tags appear to be [code_php]. Putting the proper tags makes them work.
2. Is there a need for a CSS or HTML or JS code tag? The forum should not be parsing this code anyways, because if it is, thats a HUGE security risk.
As you can see on this page here, [code_php] does a pretty good job of making code stand out and formatting it: http://www.rancidnebula.com/icms/modules/iforum/viewtopic.php?topic_ih1. 2post_id4* forumpost4
So the only thing I can think is changing the tag from [code_php] to jsut [code]

Narrowed down the issue to do with $dohtml not being set properly.
adding in a checkbox to the post creation form that allows the user to select if they want to use HTML or not will do the trick, however I am not sure if this is an issue in the theme or in the form itself. waiting to hear from mr. t on that one.
