use naming conventions for language variables

currently there are different kind of naming conventions used for lanague variables. they should be like

admin: PROFILE_AM*
user: PROFILE_MA*
modinfo: PROFILE_MI*

The naming conventions suggested are not in line with the standard. that's how it should be:

modinfo -> MI_PROFILE
main -> MD_PROFILE
common -> CO_PROFILE
blocks -> MB_PROFILE
admin -> AM_PROFILE
