Basic switch access support
TAB and Spacebar support will allow many switch ATs to work with Maavis.
Need focus state + visuals and command/event routing
Though using a external swicth AT Jambu might offer more general support we'll build it directly into Maavis.

Implemented a simple solution for tab index but has problems. We set all elements to have tabindex='0' but then invisible ones are in order. Tried setting the tabindex explicitly but that does not work for dynamically added items. The solution will be to do own tab ordering. Leaving for now.
(In revision:105) complete basic scanning. Fixes #42
Have implemented
1 switch
A new set of pages are used for scanning so we can modify them separately. Scans the selections first then the actions. Settings program also updated with new options.
1 switch
- Auto scan (Scan progresses at rate set in user settings, press to start, press to stop)
- User scan (scan progresses at rate set in user settings, whilst switch is pressed down)
- User scan (switch 1 to move whilst pressed, switch 2 to select)
- Auto scan (switch 1 to start, switch 2 to select)
- Simple scan - as small number (<10) cells per page, no need (?) to have other methods.
- highlight colour
- in-fill or outline
- keyboard (tab&space/enter, left/right&space enter etc)
- usb joystick fire 1&2 (i.e. joycable)
