Record "Running Time" for movies and add "Browse by Run Time".

Records the runtime of video files in the database and then allow the user to 'Browse by runtime' when they want to select a film.

This is probably not possible to do using the GetID3 tag library as it seems to be pretty bad at working out which movies are legitimate. However, we could use the runtime returned from an external source, such as lovefilm.

The ID3 library is now working very well and gets the running time of over 95% of my video files.

I don't feel that a 'Browse by runtime' would be useful, however the video running time is now shown on the video_selected page.
