If the Refresh interval preference is set, the pages are automatically refreshed with that interval using

Write a javascript refresh function that can be enabled/disabled depending on the application state.

I do use it but I agree it is of low priority. I use it because throughout the workday I will add actions from my laptop during meetings. When I get back to my office the Tracks browser window will show the actions without requiring me to do an update.

Oh man, this would be so easy to throw in with jQuery. Just attach a listener to all form elements that kills the reload. When results come back, turn the reload back on.
